To some, at first glance the cost of Vedic meditation may seem steep…

The money you invest in this course is you saying to yourself that you TRULY BACK YOURSELF.

My intention is, that the money you spend on this course will return to you tenfold.

But how?

As your physical body starts to rapidly reduce stress, all of your physical and psychological systems start to heal and recover. You will be spending less money on doctors or a physio and instead you are investing in preventative medicine. You won’t be missing days off work due to lack of vitality because your sleep will be supercharged and you will have more energy and clarity than before. You’ll spend less trying to make yourself feel better, such as food to hide challenging emotions or excess spending on trivial bits and pieces to give you that momentary high. Your relationship with yourself and those you love will deepen and improve so you can say goodbye to additional therapies. You’ll stop taking out your frustrations on your partner and kids and you’ll start to truly live and appreciate life on a new level.

Your investment includes:

·       a 4 x session course to a life-changing technique

·      ongoing support should you need support, clarification, coaching or feedback

·       Lifetime access to our growing community

You may re-visit the course at any time you like to reinforce the concepts and, most importantly, at the end of the 4th session you will be a fully self-sufficient meditator, confident in bringing the practice into your daily routine with benefits that will last a lifetime.

This is where Vedic meditation differs from other techniques such as apps and drop-in classes. Many of these are designed to guide you through a particular meditation experience, whereas my intention is to teach you to meditate confidently and give you all the tools to meditate independently for life.

Money is a form of an energy exchange.

Our time and energy have great value. Typically, in our modern society, we most value that which we have invested in or for which we have sacrificed something. VM is an invaluable skill and when it is valued by my students, they continue to practice and receive the benefits and therefore enhance their life, and relationships with those around them, on a daily basis.

Vedic Meditation practice - your vitality, sleep, health and relationships are worth it.
