2-day in-person Vedic meditation course
We begin with this foundational practice. Over two days, you'll learn Vedic meditation — a technique to transcend the mind, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect to your inner source of creative wisdom. This becomes your anchor throughout the partnership and beyond.Monthly 75-minute sessions (6 over 6 months)
Deep, transformational sessions that tend to both your inner world and your creative career. We work on the beliefs, the self-doubt, the creative boulders — and we also map the practical steps: How do you expand your audience? Refine your positioning? Phase 1: Building a new foundation.
We begin by returning you to a soft, fluid state where the bubbles of your immediate truth can rise to the surface. Here, we’ll reveal what’s wanting to shed, shift and expand. Led by a commitment to new growth and curiosity, you’ll reimagine a creative vision that aligns with your deepest calling, desires and unique perspective.
Phase 2: Incubation and creation.
Established in a deeper layer of self worth and trust, you’ll walk the new path in real time. Taking bold risks, shaping the new identity, body of work or expanded vision. Using tools such as somatic parts work, neuroscience strategies and creative practice we’ll continue upgrading your inner state to match the evolution that’s unfolding.
