The name speaks to what happens when scattered parts come together. When the founder reconnects with the artist. When strategy finds its pulse again. When the work becomes an extension of your imagination rather than a departure from it.
This intimate retreat is for women seeking to further align their work and career with their creative potency. To reclaim the parts that have felt lost, adrift, or disconnected. To create a new path forward, one that doesn't ask you to choose between building something meaningful and staying whole.

Coalescence uses a masterful blend of creative workshops, self awareness practices, meditation, breath-work, ceremony and connection - to move you, your work and your artistry into new depths. Four days and three nights anchored in visionary discussions and practices that spark curiosity and creative awakening, while also honouring deep rest and nourishment.
Soak in the collective energy of those walking this path with you. This is a space for revelations and rich conversations. An opportunity to dance outside the boundaries of what you think is possible. To deepen intimacy with the subtle, untether from distraction and move closer to the meaningful lives we crave.
The Space
Beranghi Homestead rests on 70 acres of tranquil farmland along the Mid North Coast of New South Wales near Crescent Head.
Surrounded by lush green paddocks and ancient Moreton Bay Figs that have stood for over a century, the property holds a quiet presence, a place where time moves differently.
Towering Australian Gums frame the landscape while curious resident kangaroos graze at dawn and dusk, and sleepy koalas nestle in the branches overhead. The homestead itself has been thoughtfully restored to offer comfort and luxury to guests, creating a sanctuary where you can truly rest. The west-facing entertaining patio overlooks the old dairy and those magnificent century-old figs, offering the perfect vantage point to watch the sun sink into the valley for early morning and evening practice. This is land that invites you to slow down, to breathe deeper, to remember what it feels like to be held by something larger than yourself.
Your Guide
Your journey is helmed by Rachael Sardelich, a consultant to creative founders, Vedic Meditation Teacher and facilitator who guides creatives, visionaries and entrepreneurs in building extraordinary lives.
After a long career in artist management and working with cultural pioneers, Rachael is highly attuned to the needs of the creative inner life. Lead by intuition and anchored in somatics, Rachael has nurtured many incredible humans to embody their version of artistry and success in the world.

A Day Tripper Pass that gives you access to the full retreat experience, minus accommodation.
