Rachael Sardelich is a creative consultant, talent coach, Vedic Meditation teacher, podcast curator and cultural advocate – working at the intersection of creative thinking and cultural impact.

Establishing her eponymous studio with a vision to develop a holistic model for enhancing the careers and creative lives of cultural leaders. What began as professional coaching has since evolved into a broader creative system — encompassing consultancy, immersive retreats, meditation teaching, guest speaking, and curating The World Needs Creatives podcast.

Developed with reverence for the creative process, Rachael leads her studio today through a bespoke method that sits at the intersection of creativity, spirituality, somatics and strategy. She operates as both sanctuary and catalyst for artists, founders and creative leaders ready to do the most significant work of their lives. 

Her path into this work was shaped by nearly two decades at the heart of the creative industries. Under Ian Schrager's pioneering vision at Morgans Hotel Group, she built the foundations of a career that led her to managing world-class artists at Winterman & Goldstein — both experiences deepening her understanding of what it means to build something with both cultural integrity and enduring impact.

At the core of everything she does is a singular conviction: that creativity is a necessity in a fast-moving technological age, and the foundation from which the most meaningful work, leadership and lives are built. In an effort to stay close to the source of the work itself, she looked to Vedic wisdom and somatic practice as the foundation for a new kind of creative counsel — one that treats creativity not as temperament to be managed, but as a neurological and spiritual practice to be honoured.

A pioneering voice in the creative world, Rachael curates The World Needs Creatives podcast and writes its accompanying Substack — a growing body of work dedicated to the inner life of the creative professional, and the culture they are quietly shaping.
