Welcome & Introduction

Welcome to your virtual mini retreat guide.

You’ll need:

You might choose to set aside 2 hours to go through this process all at once. Or, you can tune in and return to the different sessions throughout your Spring Emergence Journey. Let this guide be your companion, a soft place to return to when you want to feel held, supported and guided back to your creative self. This curated sequence will offer you a reset, re-energising your body, directing your mind toward your vision and reacquaint you with the felt connection with your creative self.

 

Session #1 - Setting Your Space & Landing (15mins)

 

Session #2 - Luminosity Kriya Practice (27mins)

 

Session #3 - Meeting the Future Self Visualisation (20mins).

In this session you’ll be led through a guided hypnosis to meet your future self.

Take your time to get into a comfortable seated or horizontal rested position.

Have your journal and to hand.

Then tune into this guided practice before coming up to complete the integration prompts below.

Journal Prompts:

After listening to your visualisation, free write all that you recall from each scene. Any people, places, symbols, messages and most importantly how you felt. Then you can move through these prompts to help integration:

  1. What is one small step I could take this week to align my life more fully with the creative vision I’ve just uncovered?

  2. What resources — whether internal strengths, external tools, or connections — can I draw upon to bring this vision closer to reality?

  3. What could open up for me if I trusted the process and let this vision unfold naturally, without forcing it?

 

Session #4 - Creating a Somatic Parts Map Exercise (20mins).

Journal Prompts:

Now that you’ve chosen one part of your creative system to spend time with, we’ll move into a short inner dialogue with it. This is a chance to listen closely, with curiosity and compassion, to the voice that often gets in the way of your fullest creative possibilities.

Take a few breaths, settle in, and let yourself meet this part as though you were sitting down across from it. No need to fix or change anything — simply notice, listen, and record what you hear.

How to Move Through the Prompts

Go one prompt at a time. Don’t read ahead — just pause with the one in front of you. Put pen to page (or fingers to keys) and allow the words to spill out. Don’t overthink it, don’t polish it. Let the voice of this part speak through you in real time.

Reflection Prompts:

  • If this part had a name, it would be…

  • This part believes that…

  • It thinks it’s protecting me from…

  • What it needs more than anything is…

  • What has this part sacrificed to protect me?

  • What would become possible if this part could relax?

Let your responses flow freely. You might write them in your journal, voice-record them, or sketch them out visually — whatever helps you stay close to the essence of this part.

Remember, every part of you is here with a purpose. By pausing to acknowledge and understand this protector, you create space for new possibilities to arise in your creative path.

Closing:

This practice might have shifted some feelings for you on the inside. So take a break, go outside plant your feet in the earth and come back you your breathe. Then return for the next stage in the process.

 

Session #5 - Opening to Possibility.

In this final session we return inwards to re-establish a felt sense of trust and magnetism with this a powerful guided visualisation. Find a comfortable seat of lying down position. It can also be helpful to tune into this practice using headphones to access the sound healing currents in this practice.

 

Closing.

You've tasted the possibility of your aligned future and befriended the part that's been protecting you. Now, let's get crystal clear on what wants to shift. Return to your journal for one final exercise to land the seeds of action and momentum to integrate this retreat experience into your creative process, your business and the life that holds it altogether.

1. One Thing to Release - What's the ONE thing you need to release to make space for your creative vision?

  • A limiting belief about yourself

  • An over-commitment that drains you

  • A way of working that no longer serves

  • A fear that's kept you playing small

  • A story about what's "realistic" for you

2. One Thing to Embrace - What's the ONE practice/way of being you need to embrace to stay connected to your creative truth?

  • A daily creative ritual

  • Trusting your creative instincts

  • Setting boundaries around your creative time

  • Saying yes to visibility/sharing your work

  • Moving from possibility, not scarcity

3. One Bold Decision - What's the ONE bold decision that would change everything for your creative life?

Prompts to help you find it:

  • What decision has been quietly asking for your attention?

  • What would you choose if you trusted that all possibilities are available to you?

  • What's the move that feels both terrifying and inevitable?

  • If you knew the universe was conspiring for your creative success, what would you do?

  • What are you pretending not to know?

 

Take a final moment to breathe into all that has opened and shifted for you today.

Each day we have the opportunity to begin again. To move with intention. To direct our vision.
