What does it mean to “live artfully”?

I believe that we each have a unique song to sing, a unique reason to show up each day and a unique offering to give to the world.

Living in alignment to our core values, connecting to natures creative intelligence by making space in the mind and body, and curiously exploring the unknown by drawing out a dream and moving toward it, is how we access and flow in the state of artful living.

To live artfully, is to live with purpose and meaning.

It’s about knowing what’s important to us, pointing in that direction and working towards it.

It’s about play and not perfection.

It’s about practice and not the end result.

It’s being connected to the essence of our truest version of Self.

It’s the generation of creativity.

It’s an evolutionary process of life, work, passion and inspiration that rewards us with the feeling of contentedness, purpose and meaning.

To some this is a science and to others a spiritual practice. I weave the two perspectives together to guide, advise, share tools and support individuals on their unique creative journey in my role as a Creative Advisor and Vedic Meditation Teacher.

The secret is, that we are all artists, creating a master piece of our own lives.

So this is my “why”, the invisible thread that is woven between all that I am and all that I teach. Connecting people with who they are beyond their stuff, their conditioning, other peoples rules and expectations and shining a light on their innate and individual path to freedom and connection.

Next month I will be offering a series of online workshops to help those wishing to dive deeper into their own creativity during this time of home retreat and change.
