“A willingness to grow, comes with a willingness to receive feedback” - Moni Barry

After months of immense change, I decided to prioritise some of my own self work to re-open channels and generate ideas, for some exciting new projects and workshops in the new year.

Part of this work shines a light on hidden layers of unconscious patterning and beliefs that block creativity, experience and our limitless potential. I decided to reach out to a group of trusted, honest and supportive friends to ask what behaviours I model that reflect a limiting belief or self sabotaging behaviour. I prepared myself for anything, kept an open heart and mind and made sure to see the feedback as nourishing and growth focused.

It was uncomfortable, eye opening and deeply changed me. I listened, understood and connected the dots to other situations where I wasn't honouring my self worth and authenticity.
The next step in the process was to re-program the old patterns with new, healthy and clear beliefs aligned to my highest good and to allow new creative thoughts and ideas to develop. The science of neuroplasticity (the ability for the brain to change itself) proves we can create new neural pathways and re-design our thoughts.

The entire experience has transformed my level of thinking, strengthened my boundaries and elevated my experience.

Feedback whether warranted or not, loving or unkind can always be used to support our willingness to grow. It's a muscle we can strengthen to guide us through life with less friction, more ease and reconnect us with our creative power.
