    We begin with this foundational practice. Over two days, you'll learn Vedic meditation — a scientifically backed technique to transcend the mind, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect to your inner source of creative wisdom. This becomes your anchor throughout the partnership and beyond. A practice that brings you back to yourself, again and again.

  • Monthly 75-minute sessions (6 over 6 months)
    Deep, transformational, creative strategy sessions that work on every level — emotional, somatic, strategic, creative. We tend to your nervous system, reconnect you to your creative intelligence, and build the business structure that supports your aliveness.

You'll start regulating your nervous system, shedding old patterns, reconnecting to your creative genius and getting clear on where you’re headed. You'll start to feel like yourself again.

months 3-4: reimagining from aliveness

Now we rebuild — not from hustle, but from creative vitality. We reimagine your role, your business model, your way of working from a place of aliveness instead of depletion. What lights you up? What drains you? How do you design a business that feeds your creative energy instead of extracting it? This is where everything starts to shift.

months 5-6: integration & momentum
